Has over 25 years of work experience in 34 countries of Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, Eastern Europe and the New Independent States of the Former Soviet Union and in the U.S. Has extensive experience in social ecology, policy analysis, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, research, education and training, information technology for collaborative efforts, and facilitating meetings. Parker is the President of The Heron Group, LLC.
