GSA has also determined that our services are responsive, responsible and that our prices are fair and reasonable. The Heron Group, LLC provides the following services under MOBIS:
SIN 874-1: Consultation Services: Expert advice, assistance and/or guidance in results-oriented strategic planning, project design and organization, program and project monitoring and evaluation, quantitative and qualitative data needs assessments, and development of decision support systems that improve management and enhance results.
SIN 874-2: Facilitation Services: Professional facilitation, team building, and decision support services to promote coordination, cooperation, and collaboration in working groups, complex, real world "messy" problem definition and solution, and third party assistance to self-directed teams with divergent interests.
